As an Atlantium Technical Service Engineer, it’s your job to ensure our systems are always in full flow, ensure clear confidence, and provide pure results.

Position Overview:

Atlantium Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our US team and support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UV systems.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical service roles, a strong understanding of UV technology, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning:

o Oversee and execute the installation and commissioning of UV systems at customer sites.

o Conduct performance testing to ensure optimal operation of systems.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

o Perform routine maintenance and servicing of UV systems.

o Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including electrical, mechanical, and process-related problems.

o Escalate unresolved issues to internal engineering teams as necessary.

• Customer Support:

o Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits, phone, email, or online platforms.

o Deliver hands-on training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

o Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and follow-up.

• Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs, site reports, and customer feedback.

o Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and customer use.

• Collaboration & Teamwork:

o Work closely with the sales and application engineering teams to support customer requirements.

o Participate in pilot tests and collaborate on process optimization efforts.

o Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or related field).

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical service role, preferably in UV or water treatment systems.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with UV disinfection technology is a plus.

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service software.

• Ability to travel frequently and work independently in diverse environments.
